Pork Belly and Puy Lentils
Pork belly rolled in citrus zest, ginger, chillies, garlic and manuka honey, marinated for three days, slow cooked and served on a bed of puy lentils.
Asian Salmon Parcels
Served with fresh seasonal salad with a Thai coriander and lime dressing and basmati rice.
Mussels
Green –lipped mussels with red onion, chilli, capers, olives and feta served with a good squeeze of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Yum!
Lamb Shanks
Lamb shanks in a rich balsamic vinegar and seasonal vegetables with gravy on a bed of potato mash.
Sausage with Kumara Crush
Slow cooked sausages with beans, peas, carrots and bacon served on a bed of crushed kumara
Citrus Stuffed Fish Parcels
Fresh fish of the day infused with orange zest, ginger, orange liqueur wrapped in Japanese breadcrumbs accompanied with fresh salad or seasonal vegetables.
